Judy Harrison is at the forefront of the world’s largest credit union’s digital transformation as the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Office.  The Enterprise Transformation Office leads the realization of Navy Federal's strategic transformation — taking a "center of excellence" approach for delivering enterprise capabilities including competencies, methodologies and standards.

Having spent the last 30 years in a diverse range of departments across Navy Federal, Ms. Harrison has gained broad-based expertise in technology initiatives and major systems development, business process improvement and automation, strategic planning, operations, change management, as well as training and support.  Ms. Harrison leverages her unique experience and understanding of the critical interplay between technology and the member and employee experience to deliver maximum value to the organization.  Ms. Harrison’s leadership approach is heavily influenced from time serve on active and reserve duty with the U.S. Army.  She holds a business degree from Columbia Union College.  Judy is married to Dallas L. Harrison.  They have two daughters, Natasha and Olivia.  When she is not working, Judy enjoys spending time with family, walking, and traveling.
