What Are Brickers Nonprofit Features?
Sometimes the best way to learn about a nonprofit is to hear the story behind it.
Who started it?
What made them care?
Who are they helping?
What do they need right now?
What do they wish more people understood?
That’s what Brickers Nonprofit Features are meant to do.
These features are a way for us to sit with the work a little longer than a quick post can. Instead of only listing what an organization does, we want to understand the people behind it, the community around it, and the reason the work keeps going.
A feature may include an interview, written article, social media post, podcast mention, video clip, or other promotional piece depending on the story and what makes the most sense.
Some organizations may be large and established. Others may be small, local, volunteer-led, or still growing. That’s okay! The point is to learn about the work, share it clearly, and help more people know where support is needed.
Beginning in July 2026, Brickers will begin featuring two nonprofits each month.
We’re looking for organizations with real community impact, clear purpose, and a story worth sharing. That could include nonprofits focused on youth, education, housing, wellness, justice, arts, sports, financial literacy, animal welfare, family support, career development, local outreach, or other community centered work.
Submitting a nonprofit does not guarantee a feature, but it does help us discover organizations we may not have found on our own.
If there’s a nonprofit you believe more people should know about, we’d love to hear about them.
